Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Truly Real Nutrition does not accept insurance. We do, however, accept HSA/FSA cards. While we do not accept insurance at this time, a super-bill can be provided which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have an out of network benefit. It is your responsibility to determine if your insurance will reimburse you for nutrition services.
When will my payment be due?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. You will be charged 50% for appointments that are canceled without at least 12 hours notice.
